This report contains the results of the inter-laboratory tests conducted with sintered and organic LL and K brake blocks, with a view to extending the UIC approval of these test rigs.
These results have served to establish a reference benchmark based on the test results obtained on all the UIC railways test rigs, which can be used for the assessment of other benches in the future.
