It establishes a method for reporting, evaluating, and correcting unsafe conditions and service difficulty issues for the purpose of COS of a LSA. The elements of the COS program described in this specification include the following: Communication and Owner Information, Determination of Corrective Action, Notice of Corrective Action, and Continuation of Airworthiness.
