4.1This test method provides a means for determining the mass and moment of inertia of adult Alpine skis. It is not intended to evaluate data with regard to the quality of the ski.

1.1This test method covers test measurement methods for mass and moment of inertia of adult Alpine skis.2

1.2No limitation to ski size is proposed. This test method is applicable to all adult Alpine skis.

1.3The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard.
