1.1 This specification covers the production, properties, packaging, and testing of packaged, dry, combined materials for concrete and mortars. The classifications of concrete and mortar covered are defined in Section 3. 1.2 The values stated in either SI units or inch-pound units are to be regarded separately as standard.
