1.1 This specification covers aluminum-alloy die castings. Ten alloy compositions are specified, designated as shown in Table 1. 1.2 For acceptance criteria for inclusion of new aluminum and aluminum alloys and their properties in this specification, see Annex A1 and Annex A2. 1.3 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as standard. The values given in parentheses are mathematical conversions to SI units which are provided for information only and are not considered standard. |
