Presents the findings of a study to characterize storm water runoff from retail gasoline outlets and compares the results with runoff from commercial parking lots and published urban "background" values. Funded by the Western States Petroleum Association (WSPA) and the American Petroleum Institute (API), the results of this study indicate that fueling activities at normally operated and maintained retail gasoline outlets do not contribute additional significant concentrations of measured constituents in storm water runoff See more
