ÖNORM EN ISO 21079-2 describes methods for the chemical analysis of AZS (alumina, zirconia, and silica) refractory products and raw materials, using traditional ("wet") methods, ICP-AE spectrometry and FAA spectrometry. This standard is not applicable to MgO based refractories.
