Annotation of standard text IEC 61111-ed.2.0 :

IEC 61111:2009 is applicable to electrical insulating matting made of elastomer for use as a floor covering for the electrical protection of workers on electrical installations. This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition, published in 1992, and its Amendment 1 (2002). This edition constitutes a technical revision. It includes the following significant technical changes with regard to the previous edition: - general review of the requirements and test provisions; - modification of the test procedure for slip resistance; - preparation of the elements of evaluation of defects, and general application of IEC 61318 Ed.3; - revision of existing annexes; - deletion of Annexes D and F, not applicable according to IEC 61318 Ed.3; - introduction of a new normative Annex F on classification of defects. La CEI 61111:2009 est applicable aux tapis isolants electriques en elastomere utilises pour couvrir le sol en vue de la protection electrique des travailleurs dans les installations electriques. Cette seconde edition annule et remplace la premiere edition publiee en 1992 ainsi que son Amendement 1 (2002), et constitue une revision technique. Elle inclut les modifications techniques majeures suivantes par rapport a ledition precedente: - la revision generale des exigences et des dispositions dessai; - la modification de la procedure dessai de resistance au glissement; - la preparation des elements devaluation des defauts et de lapplication generale de la CEI 61318 Ed.3; - la revision des annexes existantes; - la disparition des Annexe D et F qui ne sont plus applicables, en accord avec la CEI 61318 Ed.3; - lintroduction dune nouvelle Annexe F normative traitant de la classification des defauts.
