This Standard specifies material, design, construction and performance criteria for the testing and rating of grease interceptors equipped with automatic grease removal devices (GRD) and it applies to GRDs designed to automatically remove free-floating fats, oils, and grease (FOG) from sanitary discharges without intervention from the user except for maintenance.
